UK adults aged 18+ are welcome whether diagnosed with ADHD, awaiting assessment or exploring suspected ADHD. Coaching does not establish a diagnosis.
Every booking is arranged personally. Send a request, agree a time with us and receive payment arrangements. After payment is confirmed, we confirm your appointment and manually send your unique Microsoft Teams link.
Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment. Before you commit or pay, we provide your assigned coach’s name and relevant credentials, along with the booking terms.
Mindkindle provides non-clinical coaching and practical support. Sessions do not provide ADHD diagnosis, medical treatment, medication advice or prescribing.
Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance incurs the full session charge. For a prepaid block, this uses one session without an additional charge. This policy is subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
