Session format and eligibility

Mindkindle provides non-clinical, online ADHD coaching to adults aged 18 and over based in the UK. Sessions are held via Microsoft Teams. Coaching does not include assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, medication titration, prescribing or medical advice.

UK adults aged 18+ are welcome whether diagnosed with ADHD, awaiting assessment or exploring suspected ADHD. Coaching does not establish a diagnosis.

Price

• Discounted first session: £80 for 50 minutes.
• Ongoing session: £100 for 50 minutes.
• Four-session ongoing coaching block: £350 for 4 sessions of 50 minutes each.

No subscription or automatic renewal.

Requests and manual confirmation

Submitting an appointment request does not create a confirmed booking. We contact you by your preferred method, Email or Phone, to agree a time. During manual confirmation, we provide your coach’s identity and relevant credentials, and the booking terms before you commit or pay. Your appointment is confirmed once a time is agreed and payment is received; we then send your private Microsoft Teams link.

Payment

Payment arrangements are explained personally; there is no online checkout or automatic payment. To be confirmed: payment method and payment timing.

Rescheduling

Use our contact/request form to request a change. At least 48 hours’ notice is required. To be confirmed: notice handling and how notice is acknowledged.

Cancellation and missed sessions

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance incurs the full session charge. For a prepaid block, this uses one session without an additional charge. This policy is subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Refunds and consumer rights

To be confirmed: refund policy and applicable statutory cancellation rights, including any arrangements for sessions within a statutory cancellation period. Nothing in these booking terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
