What happens in a session?
Sessions focus on the situations that are actually causing difficulty. Together, you and your practitioner identify the barrier, explore practical approaches, agree what to test between sessions and refine the strategy based on what happens in real life.
You may bring a difficult workload, overflowing task list, approaching deadline, challenging working routine or recurring problem to the session and use it as the basis for developing practical strategies.
